The Dixon Leadership Institute (DLI) is named for Rev. Gabriel P. Dixon and his wife, Lollie. They pastored the Cote Brilliante Church of God and were very instrumental in the Church of God movement in the St. Louis area in preparing leaders for service and ministry. The purpose of the Institute is to train and develop people in the area of leadership not only for ministry, but for business and other areas as well. The Institute sponsors workshops, conferences, and seminars featuring some of the best minds in the leadership field to help others maximize their potential by learning and applying biblical leadership principles. DLI also provides a lending library which makes resources available for use and study and is looking to partner with Mid America Christian University. Events are scheduled periodically and are held here at New Cote Brilliante.
