Health Unit Ministry

The Health Unit ministers during worship services, funerals, and other church functions to ensure that the health needs of the congregation are met.  They are in uniform during the worship services and are trained in CPR, first aid, and minor medical emergencies.  The Health Unit is comprised of doctors, nurses, nurse assistants and other health professionals.  This ministry also provides health awareness to the congregation and promotes physical along with spiritual health, because “our bodies are temples of the Lord.”  Persons who work in the medical field and those who are interested in being trained to serve are welcome to contact the ministry leader.
